Our usual delivery time for stock items are 2-6 business days and for production items 8-10 business days from order day.
If faster delivery is desired, the customer should contact us for a separate agreement.
The delivery time can be affected of temporary final sales or unforeseen events.
Received orders during weekends will be sent at the earliest on upcoming weekend free weekdays.

Shipping costs will be added.

Deliveries outside Sweden are based on which country we ship to & weight.
Returns
When returning packages, Olympus reserves the right to charge you for our expenses.
Delivery Delay
If a delivery delay occurs, this is notified to the customer via e-mail or telephone. Olympus will do its utmost to complete your order on time. But there may be times that make it impossible to fulfill the order, as Olympus reserves the right to exempt us from all compensation and compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

Complaints
We inspect all products before sending them to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly dispatched when it arrives, we undertake to fix the error free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.
We handle return shipping for approved complaints.
We also reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the item is not inaccurate.
